Mike and Keaton were fantastic to work with. We have a very hyper, high prey-drive pit / basenji mix who we needed to use for service animal work. I did dog training when I was younger with 4-H and Mike was ready to work with me where we were, making sure I had the tools to help get Colby where he needed to be. Through a few private sessions and some group work, Colby is now able to be in public, plays with neighbor dogs that were problematic previously, and is remarkably well behaved. I often get comments from store employees on how good he is as a service animal. I’m incredibly grateful for Mike’s flexibility, working with Keaton and Emily in group sessions for Colby’s reactivity to other dogs, and getting our 1 1/2 year old ball of energy over his last hurdle to a supportive, well behaved service animal.

After the assessment of my 2yr old GSD, I went home and shared with my fiance that after the end of the Board and Train program, I would be able to take my intact boy on a loose leash walk, with no harness, and only a clip on his collar. I laughed out loud and told my fiancé that if alone turns out to be the only benefit we gain, it would be worth it. Well, it’s only been two days and two walks outside and I am over the moon! I never thought walking my dog would be a pleasant experience for the BOTH of us… The board and train program is PERFECT for the dog parents who are committed to establishing a lifelong bond with their pup but need help with the TIME it takes to learn the style of communication that works best. The only thing that would have made my personal experience easier would have been more frequent daily updates. The second week was hard because there was a significant decrease in the updates, but I also am 100% understanding as my boys second week was between Christmas and new years. Keaton and Alex were our main trainers and they both received hugs from me…I’m not a hugger…

Keaton is awesome. He takes a very systematic approach and explains the “why” behind each process. Great decision to go with Precision.

Emily was our trainer and she was absolutely great! She explains everything very well. She is very kind and helped us tame our crazy doodle. She was able to answer all our questions. Overall we had a great experience with her and the entire Precision team. Bonus pic of the pup!

Today we finished class 4/5 private lessons with Alex. He is amazingly talented, patient and a fabulous human educator - meaning the training really does focus on our behavior and consistency. Could not recommend a better place, and we will be excited to add more training with our 7 month old Ruby Red Lab. Just DO IT!

I have used Precision for some boarding and private training sessions with Keaton. He was so knowledgeable and did a great job with my dog. I’ve recommended him to multiple friends and coworkers! If you’re looking for great training staff, look no further. My dog Murphy has gotten so much better walking on leash, with his recall, and with his basic home obedience! All thanks to Keaton and Precision.

We have been working with Keaton with our 3yr old, 185 lb male Presa Canario. Keaton is very knowledgeable and very informative during his trainings. We have learned a lot in just 6 trainings with Keaton. This training is not only for our dog but for us as owners as well and it has helped us tremendously in understanding his behaviors. We can’t wait to see the growth our boy has as we continue training sessions with Keaton.

Keaton is one of a kind! You’d be lucky to have him as your dog trainer!
